General Terms and Conditions

Our T&Cs follow one principle: readable, short, fair. They come with every proposal and are binding from contract signing.

1. Scope

These T&Cs apply to all services of Tribu AG. Any deviation must be in writing and takes precedence.

2. Subject and proposal

Scope, deliverables and fee are set out in the written proposal. The contract is formed upon countersigning.

3. Fees and payment

Invoices are due within 20 days without deduction. Retainer models are billed monthly in advance. Project models by milestone.

4. Confidentiality

Information received in a mandate is treated confidentially. Also after the engagement ends.

5. Liability

Tribu AG is liable for intent and gross negligence. Liability per event is capped at the fee paid in the past twelve months.

6. Termination

Project models include a monthly exit option (see service description). Retainer models require one month's notice to month-end, either side.

7. Governing law and venue

Swiss law applies. The venue is Zürich.
