Our commitment
Ethics commitment
This document is not an appendix. It's the ground we work on. And the reason we decline certain mandates.
What we do
- We say what we see. Even when it's inconvenient.
- We charge transparently. Prices and deliverables are agreed in writing before signing.
- We share consequences. Where context allows, part of our fee is tied to measurable outcomes.
- We enable your organisation to carry on: with documentation, training, clean handover.
- We keep conflicts of interest in the open. Mandates with other parties in your industry are disclosed before we begin with you.
- We protect confidential information with the same care as our own.
What we decline
- We don't work on mandates whose evident purpose is circumvention, obfuscation or deception.
- We don't accompany restructurings whose only purpose is wage cuts without strategic substance.
- We don't draft strategy papers that can't be publicly defended. Neither internally nor externally.
- We don't recommend measures we wouldn't apply in our own organisation.
- We don't work for industries or actors that systematically erode human rights, the environment or democratic institutions.
What we promise
This commitment is public, dated and binding. If we go against it (and anyone can err), that's a reason to call us on it. We take it seriously.
As of April 2026. We review and publish this commitment once a year.
