We collect only what we need for a good first conversation. And share none of it.

Data we collect

Via our screening form: name, organisation, role, email, context, chosen package, timeline, budget range. We use this data solely to prepare a first conversation.

Retention

We delete contact inquiries no later than 12 months after the last active exchange. For active mandates, statutory retention periods apply (among others, 10 years for business correspondence and invoices under Art. 958f CO).

Cookies and tracking

We use no tracking cookies, no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel. One technical exception: your chosen language (DE or EN) is stored in your browser's local storage so it's active next time. No server sees this value.

Cloudflare and Turnstile

We use services from Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, to improve the security, stability and performance of our website. This includes security features, performance and analytics services, and Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms against bots and spam.

In this context, Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, referrer data, device information and usage data to the extent required for delivery, security, abuse detection and optimisation of the website. We use these services based on our legitimate interest in operating our website securely and efficiently and in protecting our forms against abusive automated submissions.

Server logs and hosting

Our hosting provider logs technically necessary access data (IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested resource) for security and stability purposes. These logs are deleted after 30 days at the latest and are not used for analytics.

Sharing

We share no personal data with third parties. Unless legally required.

Your rights

You have the right at any time to access, correct and delete your data. An informal email to [email protected] is enough.
