Method

How we work. And why this way.

Transformation doesn't need another buzzword. It needs four clear layers, seven honest phases, and a rhythm that lets friction surface instead of papering over it.

Behind that is a simple conviction: From what endures, build what's next. Every organisation has structures, relationships and values that work. Our job is to recognise them before we change anything. Only then do we know what's load-bearing and what needs to be replaced.

Four layers of practice

Strategy, organisation, brand, delivery. Interwoven.

Most consultancies focus on one layer. We work on all four. Otherwise the problems just shift, instead of resolving.

I

Strategy

What stays, what shifts, what the market decides, what we decide ourselves? We sharpen positioning and portfolio. Until decisions become possible again.

II

Organisation

Roles, decisions, rhythm, leadership. Fewer process diagrams, more clarity about who answers for what.

III

Brand

Brand isn't how you look. Brand is what your customers say when you leave the room. We work on substance. Not on surface.

IV

Delivery

IT architectures, digital products, AI adoption, process digitisation. We build alongside you. We don't just hand off concepts.

How collaboration unfolds

Seven phases. Transparent, no detours.

We don't sell. We qualify together. Each phase ends with a clear question: continue or not.

  1. First contact

A short inquiry by form or referral. Within two business days you hear back from us personally. No autoresponder.

  2. Screening

A short written exchange so both sides know the shape of the question. Low threshold, but qualifying.

  3. First conversation (45 minutes)

No charge. Not a sales call. We listen, probe, and decide together at the end whether a second conversation makes sense.

  4. Deep-dive

2 to 3 hours with key people. We understand the situation in depth and sketch possible forms of collaboration.

  5. Proposal

Written, concrete, with scope, price and frame. No slide theatre. A readable document you can share internally.

  6. Decision and contract

Clear contract, clear exit conditions. We never enter a collaboration we can't leave without loss of face.

  7. Kick-off

Within two weeks of signing. The first sprint is planned, and the team knows where things stand.

The working rhythm

Iterative. As a posture, not a certificate.

We work in two-week sprints, with planning, daily, review and retro. Not because it's in fashion. Because for complex work it's the only honest cadence: short cycles, visible results, mistakes named openly.

We adapt to your organisation's rhythm. Not the other way around. If you've never worked this way, we speak your language. If you have, we don't stumble over the rituals.

Anchor values

Three principles we hold. Even when it costs us.

Skin in the Game

We share consequences. Explicitly in partnerships, and implicitly in everything else: we don't leave a mandate before it holds.

Transparency

Open prices, open method, open finding. Especially when the finding is inconvenient.

Craft over posture

We deliver. Slide decks are a tool, not a result. You recognise a good engagement by what keeps running afterwards. Not by how it was presented.

Does our approach fit you?

We'll clarify that in 45 minutes. No obligation.
