Process

    Kick-off with leadership, defining the goal, reviewing the material. 3 to 5 days.

  2. Interviews and analysis

    One-on-ones with 6 to 12 key people, data review, market comparison. Two weeks.

  3. Synthesis

    Articulate the finding, develop options, work through the consequences. One week.

  4. Handover

    Written report (25 to 40 pages), a two-hour presentation, four weeks of follow-up by email and one meeting.

CHF 18'000 bis 45'000 depending on scope and depth. Fixed price before we start.
