How it runs

The annual rhythm of a partnership.

  1. Week 1 to 4: embedding

    We learn your team, your tempo, your tools, your history. We don't prescribe. We listen.

  2. Month 2 to 3: roadmap

    Together with leadership we define 2 to 4 transformation tracks with clear indicators and milestones.

  3. Quarterly rhythm

    Sprints within tracks, monthly leadership syncs, quarterly strategy reviews with a decision point: continue, adjust, end.

  4. After 12 to 24 months: handover

    Your organisation stands on its own. We document, train, hand over. And leave.

Is partnership the right fit?
